1. Coupons are an awesome way to cut back and save some money. Look at it this way, your $1.50 investment in that Sunday newspaper there is 15% - 20% in savings. Now where else can you get that kind of return?

2. Get to the Sales - Keep your eyes on the Sunday grocery ads! These are filled with great bargain prices and specials.

3. Buy in Bulk during the specials and Freeze it - When you find great deals on Meat stock up! You can cut it down and put it in the freezer

4. Have a Plan - Don't wait till the last minute to decide what you're gonna eat. Take a little time and plan ahead. You know, studies show that shopping daily contributes to about 20 - 30% increase in impulse buys - that's a no no!

5. Avoid the Impulse Buys - Make a list that you stick to. This will keep you from picking up things you don't need

6. Spruce up your leftover - I think certain dishes taste better the next day. If it'll save you money then how can that be any better.
